I recently stayed in the heart of New York City for a leisure trip, just a stone's throw away from Times Square. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a generous bathroom and the requested refrigerator waiting for us upon arrival. The delicious breakfast and attentive service at the bar were highlights after long days exploring the city. The cozy and family-like atmosphere made us feel right at home.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay were the friendly and helpful staff, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus and we were able to start our day off with a delicious meal. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and visit all the popular attractions.

The complementary breakfast was a delicious start to our day, and the option to convert it into a voucher for ordering from the menu was a great bonus.

Such a very nice experience. Small hotel with quiet atmosphere in a nice enough area so close to Times Square and different subway stops and the centre. We enjoyed ideal breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was well-organised and very pretty. Obliging, very friendly venue's staff.

The clean and cozy rooms feature a comfortable queen bed, a roomy bathroom with a big shower, and beautifully decorated interiors with a lot of natural light. Staff are friendly and attentive, and breakfast is a standout feature, offering various a la carte options at a sunroom.

Some guests have criticized the inconsistently surly and uninterested behavior of some of the hotel staff.
